Purpose and scope
WebPion provides browser tools for processing, conversion, cleaning, reading, preparation, comparison and inspection of files.
Use of the site is governed by the version of these terms published at the time of use.
Terms of use
These terms define access to and use of WebPion public tools, user responsibilities and the technical limits of the service.
Free access and no public account
Public WebPion tools are currently free. No subscription or purchase is required for the public features described on the site.
Public tools do not require a permanent user account. GPTO administration is separate and restricted to the operator.
Technical requirements
Operation depends on a modern browser, JavaScript and browser APIs. Performance depends on device resources, browser limits and file size or complexity.
Users should keep originals and test exported files before replacing important source material.
Meaning of local processing
When a feature is explicitly marked local, the file content is processed on the device in the browser and is not transferred to the WebPion application to perform that operation.
This does not mean the web page makes no network requests. The Contact form is a separate flow and intentionally transmits submitted fields to the WebPion server.
Rights over files and lawful use
Users are responsible for having the rights, permissions or legal basis required to process submitted files.
WebPion must not be used to facilitate unlawful activity, infringe third-party rights, bypass security measures or process data contrary to applicable obligations.
Output limitations
OCR, provenance, metadata, conversion, optimisation, comparison and preparation can be incomplete or inaccurate.
Verification tools report available technical signals. They are neither absolute proof of origin nor infallible AI detectors.
Security responsibilities
Users must protect their devices, browsers, downloads and retained files and should not process sensitive content in an untrusted local environment.
WebPion applies application security controls, but no web application can guarantee absolute freedom from vulnerabilities or incidents.
Availability, maintenance and changes
WebPion may modify, correct, suspend or remove a feature for security, maintenance, browser evolution or service coherence.
Current free access does not create a permanent right to a particular function, format, capacity or availability.
Exports and third parties
Exported files are under the user’s responsibility. If they are later sent to a third party, that third party’s rules apply.
External links do not mean WebPion controls the security or data practices of the destination service.
Intellectual property
Rights in the service, interface, marks and editorial content are reserved except where a licence expressly provides otherwise.
Reuse must not create confusion about origin or falsely imply validation by WebPion, Koperateur Consulting® or Kachouri®.

Applicable law and updates
The service is published from France and mandatory protections remain reserved.
